We have always been trained to believe there is one way to live, learn, and grow.

Pass standard exams, act like others, be like others, don’t question. Behave in a certain way.

But the reality is so different.

We start hiding our true being.

We compete.

We are unable to be like others.

We become something worse in the race.

We start hating ourselves when we are not at par with certain standards. We feel unloved.

Let us grow with the thinking that it’s me. I am unique. I am loved. I am different.

Altman pointed out that every major technological breakthrough makes compute 10x cheaper than before. 

However, this also means demand for compute will rise, as more people recognize its value and integrate AI into their work.

As AI systems become more powerful and accessible, developers must shift their approach.

Altman emphasized that staying on the positive side of this trend requires individuals to:

  • Learn how to use AI tools effectively

  • Build adaptability and resilience

  • Embrace AI as a collaborator rather than a competitor

The Future of Work is with Kids, Not Without Them

Recently, I wrote about Elon Musk bringing his son, X, to the Oval Office—a move that sparked intense debate.

Similarly, when Elon Musk met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi with children in the room, the conversation quickly shifted.

Are these gestures merely about privilege, or are they about normalizing the presence of children in spaces where critical decisions are made?

For too long, kids have been kept away from discussions that shape our world.

Yet, children learn by observing—not just through textbooks but by watching how leaders communicate, how businesses operate, and how the world functions.

Integrating young minds into our professional environments could foster a generation equipped with firsthand insight into leadership, collaboration, and innovation.

Imagine a future where work and learning go hand in hand, where the presence of children in these spaces isn’t seen as a distraction, but as an investment in cultivating future leaders.
